What is EFT Tapping?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as tapping,

is an evidence-informed mind-body approach that combines tapping on specific acupressure points with focused attention on a particular experience, emotion or memory.

Rather than working through conversation alone, EFT brings the body into the process.

As thoughts, emotions and physical sensations are explored together, many people find that their reactions begin to shift in a way that feels both natural and lasting.

Today, EFT is used by therapists, psychologists and healthcare professionals around the world and has been the subject of a growing body of clinical research.

Juliana Zanini, Massage Therapist

Welcome,

I'm Bibiana

As a certified EFT Tapping Practitioner and somatic therapist trained in trauma awareness and the vagus nerve, I believe we can't take someone further than we are willing to go ourselves.

I do this work because I've experienced the difference EFT and mind-body approaches have made in my own life, and they continue to shape the way I live and the way I work.

If you value a thoughtful, collaborative approach, and believe that the body and mind work together, let's get started.
