EFT Tapping Workshop
An interactive experience that gives people a practical way to work with stress — and a technique they can use long after the session ends.
Choose a one-hour workshop or a 15-minute tapping session for your event, organisation or workplace.

What will it entail?
The one-hour workshop
We begin with a light, practical exercise that helps participants notice how they feel in their bodies.
I explain what EFT is and how I use it in my work, then teach the tapping points and lead the group through several rounds of tapping.
Participants can focus on an everyday source of stress that feels manageable to them. We make time to notice what changes, discuss ways to use tapping outside the workshop and answer questions.
Everyone receives a tapping-point guide to take away.
What is it?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. It combines gentle tapping on points on the face and upper body with attention to what you are feeling or thinking.
In this workshop, I guide participants through the technique so they can experience it for themselves. They learn the tapping points, practise together and leave knowing how to use tapping when stress builds during the day.

The 15-minute tapping session
A shorter experience built around doing the technique together. I introduce the tapping points and guide the group through a round focused on how they feel in the moment.
Depending on the setting, we can use a simple touch-your-toes exercise before and after tapping. It adds a little humour and gives participants a way to notice whether anything feels different in their bodies.
Participation is always a choice. No one needs to share anything personal with the group.
Who is the workshop for?
The workshop works for people who are new to EFT and for groups looking for a practical activity as part of an event, a staff programme or a wellbeing day.
The one-hour format gives people time to understand and practise the technique; the 15-minute format fits into a shorter break or a larger programme.
I can adapt the session to the setting and the people attending.

Meet your workshop host
Bibiana Abreu is an experienced EFT practitioner accredited by EFT International.
With a degree in journalism and experience in corporate environments, she understands the value of making a new idea clear, relevant and engaging to the people in the room.
Bibiana first came to EFT through her own experience of the technique. Today, alongside her private practice, she leads groups and workshops in her community.
She has also introduced tapping in schools and trained staff to use it with pupils.
Her workshops draw on that experience: people are guided through EFT with warmth and clarity, invited to take part at their own pace, and given a technique they can continue to use afterwards.
