How Booking Works
1. Choose your session
Select the service you’d like to book (single session or package) and complete payment securely online.
2. Receive confirmation instantly
Right after booking, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the details, including your Zoom link for the session.
3. Join your session
At the time of your appointment, simply click the Zoom link to connect. No downloads or special setup needed.
4. Reminder before your session
One day before, you’ll receive a friendly SMS reminder so you won’t forget.
5. Prefer in-person sessions?
If you’d like to see me in person, please contact me directly after booking so we can arrange location details.
