Bibiana Abreu – Certified EFT Tapping Practitioner & Somatic Coach
You want to be more present in life with less anxiety & more joy
You are in the right place
I'm Bibiana, an EFT Tapping practitioner based in Hampshire, supporting women online across the UK and beyond. This doesn't mean I work only with woman. I also work at a school with children and people of all backgrounds.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years working in journalism and marketing.
Looking back, I realise I've always been curious about what shapes the way we think, feel and respond to life.
Today, I simply explore those questions in a different way.
After years of living with chronic back pain and burnout, I began searching for answers that eventually led me to EFT Tapping, exploring the connection between our experiences, the body and the mind.
My approach
I didn't discover EFT because I was looking for a new career. I discovered it because I was looking for answers.
After years of living with chronic back pain and burnout, I realised that understanding my experiences wasn't enough. Real change began when I stopped seeing my thoughts, emotions and physical symptoms as separate parts of me.
Today, that understanding shapes the way I work. We pay attention to the body's responses, the beliefs we've learned, the patterns we've repeated and the relationships that helped shape them. EFT is one of the tools I use to help people process those experiences in a way that involves both the mind and the body

What I've come to understand

Beyond the therapy room
I live in Hampshire with my daughter and our cat, surrounded by the countryside. Most mornings begin with a glass of water with lemon, a few stretches, and a quiet moment before the day begins. I've learned that movement isn't just good for the body—it helps me think more clearly too.
When I'm not working, you'll probably find me walking by the river, reading, listening to music, enjoying a matcha tea, or sharing fresh sourdough bread with my family.
I love the sea, good conversations and the quiet that comes with being surrounded by nature.
-
Our experiences don't disappear just because we've moved on from them.
-
The body is often part of the conversation, even when we don't realise it.
-
Curiosity opens more doors than self-criticism.
-
No two people experience the same event in the same way.
-
Therapy works best when it adapts to the person, not the other way around.
I believe that people already carry within themselves the potential for clarity, resilience, and emotional balance.
Over time, however, stress, life experiences, and emotional patterns can obscure these inner resources.
My intention is to help clients reconnect with their natural capacity for wellbeing by gently releasing the patterns and blocks that may be holding them back.
Through this process, many people rediscover a deeper sense of ease, meaning, and vitality in their lives.
